We are writing to share some exciting news! Ezee Fiber, a leading internet service provider known for its high-speed fiber optic connections, has announced plans to bring their services to our neighborhood. This provides yet another option to our neighbors for fast reliable internet service.

Fiber optic technology offers significant advantages over traditional cable or DSL internet. Here are some of the benefits to look forward to:

What to Expect:

In the coming weeks, you may see Ezee Fiber representatives in our neighborhood conducting preliminary surveys. They will be clearly identified and happy to answer any questions you may have. 

Installation Process:

Ezee Fiber is committed to minimizing disruption during installation. Most work will be done in your front yard between the sidewalk and the street.  There will be construction and trucks parked along Old Orchard and Old Oak Grove to get the fiber to the individual neighborhood.  Please use caution around the parked construction vehicles.

Typically the process is described below.

• Install underground fiber optic cables using trenching methods that minimize damage to your landscaping.
• Restore your front yard as much as possible upon completion.
• Work efficiently to complete the installation process quickly.

It is expected that the installation process for laying the optical fiber and associated switches will commence approximately at the beginning of July. The work across our neighborhood is expected to take about six weeks in total. The actual work will likely happen during Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 am through 4 pm. 

Ezee Fiber will provide you with a detailed schedule and information (once finalized) on what to expect before they begin work on your property.

Due to new state of Texas Code, No one under the age of 14 is allowed without being accompanied by an adult.

We have a new water fountain, that allows the filling of tall water bottles, so please bring a water bottle to fill.

Please have a great pool season by following the all rules,  placing all trash in the receptacles so everyone has a clean pool area to enjoy, and respecting the authority of the lifeguards.
