The clubhouse is located at 13222 Peach Orchard Lane, Richmond, TX 77407, and is available for rentals. For inquiries regarding clubhouse rentals, contact the management company at:

When you purchased your home you received one or more Remote Control Device(s) to operate our entrance gates. You also were requested to establish a code for your family to use at the entrance keypad to open the gates in the event that you do not have your remote with you. If you have not gotten a code, or have forgotten yours, please contact our management company. Our community has six (6) lakes, all of which are actually “retention ponds” for the capture of rainwater runoff from the area.  Below is a satellite view map showing the lake locations, and each of their identifying “lake numbers.” When communicating with each other or the management company about lake issues, please use the lake number and then a description of the issue in your message.  For a Google map view  (without markings) click here. Street light outages can be reported to  CenterPoint Energy using the street light outage form. Your name and the location description (number on light-pole) is required to make the report. 

GFL provides solid waste collection in our community utilizing the 96 gallon trash carts that are provided to residents. Yello top trash carts are for recycling. Carts must be located at the curb on every Wednesday by 7:00am. Heavy trash pickup is every week.

Pool Opening Friday, May 24th, 2024   

Open daily from May 24th to August 4th,  from 11 am to 8 pm. Closed on Mondays for cleaning. Open Weekends from August 10, through Labor Day.
